Returns
Returns may be made within 30 days of the invoice date on unopened and unused items, for store credit. (No Refunds) No returns are accepted on Books or Gold & Composition Leaf. Please send all returns prepaid freight. All returns shipped freight collect, will be refused. Kremer Pigments Inc. will not accept returns on Kremer Pigments Inc. products, which were purchased through other retailers or distributors.

Backorders
Our website does not reflect current inventory. If there are out-of-stock products in your order, we will backorder these items at no cost to you in most cases (at our discretion) and immediately ship the item(s) that are available now. Backordered items usually take within 4 weeks or sooner to arrive. Do not hesitate to contact us about the status of a pending backorder.
